OUTSIDE OUR VENUES
Q. When does the show start/End and what are the age restrictions?
A. Each show varies! Check out our upcoming shows for start times and age restrictions. We do not publicly post set times, out of respect for the artists.
Q. Are there reserved seats?
A. All events are standing-room only. For some late-night events, table service is available for reservation. Email us for details!

Q. Are YOUR VENUES ADA Accessible?
A. Yes! All of our venues are on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible. Please note that the main entrance at The Brooklyn Monarch does have a short set of steps leading into the venue and the main entrance at The Kingsland does have one step leading into the venue. There are handicapped bathrooms at The Brooklyn Monarch and The Meadows, but not at The Kingsland. If you have other specific needs or questions please e-mail us so that we can make the proper accommodations. You can also let our door staff know that you’ll need accommodations and we'll do our best to help
Q. I purchased tickets online. What do I need to check in at the show?
A. You need to bring a valid physical photo ID to check in at will call. Check-in begins when doors open; this can be found on the event page. There is no pick-up prior to when doors open.
Q. What is your bag policy?
A. All bags are subject to being searched by security prior to entering our venue. Weapons of any kind are prohibited.
Q. I WANT A REFUND!
A. All sales are final. No refunds will be processed for unused tickets or for patrons who are denied entry due to not having valid identification for an age-restricted event. Events are subject to change in date, time, or scheduled act at any time. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided via the method of payment originally used.
Q. I left SOMETHING AT YOUR VENUE!
A. If you believe you lost something, e-mail info@thebrooklynmonarch.com with your full name and a description of the item lost. We will confirm if it's been located and will provide you with further information on pick-up.

Q. What is your photo policy?
A. Cameras and non-flash photography are permitted at most shows.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash and all major credit cards. ATMs are available if you need 'em.
Q. CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?
A. For The Meadows and The Brooklyn Monarch, NO, there is no re-entry For The Kingsland, it depends on your event. We have outdoor spaces for smoking and kitchens if you get hungry. Please plan accordingly!
Q. What is your smoking policy?
A. Smoking and vaping inside the venue is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to hold or confiscate vaporizers and electronic cigarettes at the door.
Q. Do you have FOOD?
A. Yes! The kitchen is open late and we serve a variety of American and Latin comfort foods.

A. Yes. They are available at the bar.

Q. Does The Brooklyn Monarch offer packages for corporate party rentals?
A. Yes, we can transform our space for any event (holiday party, art shows, weddings and more!) Email our team for more information.
Q. I’m interested in performing at The Brooklyn Monarch, how do I submit my information?
A. Prepare to send your music links, social media/website links, and any additional information regarding being booked, such as dates/times. If you have a specific show you'd like join the bill of, we can't guarantee you'll be on it. Once you have everything, send your booking request here.
